Librarians are "Trusted Authorities"

See the January 9 edition of TIME MAGAZINE for a nod to librarians. In the article on page 36, "Fearing Well," the magazine highlights four things that are "Not Dangerous" and "What We Don't Fear":

Teddy Bears: "Oversize heads signal that they are infantile and hence harmless"
Money: "Research shows that touching money helps alleviate pain"
Hugs: "Release oxytocin, the 'love hormone' that quells anxiety"
and,
LIBRARIANS: "in times of stress, we take comfort in trusted authorities"
