Wyocena Public Library (165 E. Dodge St.) Regular Story Time Resumes on Saturday October 3 from 10-11am! Join us for interactive stories, crafts, and snacks. Stories and crafts will be aimed at kids aged 3-6, but all ages are welcome! Older kids can check out the books, play table games, and enjoy snacks. Thursday, July 30, 4 p.m. stop by the Pardeeville Library Lawn (119 N. Main St.)  to meet local EMS workers, police, and fire fighters. See their specialized vehicles and equipment and learn what it takes to be an everyday hero. This event is co-sponsored with Wyocena Public Library. 

Join us Saturday, July 25, 10:30 a.m. in the Wyocena Community Center Gym (165 E. Dodge St.) for The CRITERrrr MAN! An exciting program highlighting travels to Tanzania. Educational, funny, and inspirational--incredible stories will weave together facts of African animals and plant life while featuring stunning photography. All ages welcome! Please join us at the Wyocena Public Library (165 East Dodge St., Wyocena) for our 2015 summer reading program and special events. This year’s theme is “Every Hero Has a Story.” Participants will be encouraged to learn about all different types of heroes—from everyday heroes, to historical and legendary heroes!

The reading program will begin June 1 and go through August 31. All summer long, participants can receive incentives for completing reading milestones. Just come in to the library to register for the reading program –all ages are welcome!

Dig into reading at the Wyocena Public Library this Saturday (May 30) from 10-11.a.m. Join us for stories, snacks, and crafts aimed at kids 3-6. Families are also welcome! Wear some old clothes because it may get messy as we practice our gardening skills.

This Memorial Day (May 25), join us for the annual Friends of the Library book sale and raffle! The book sale will begin around 9AM, directly after the Memorial Day service. The raffle will begin at 1PM, after the community potluck. Everything will be located in the Wyocena Community Center gymnasium (165 East Dodge St.).

Celebrate National Library Week--April 12-18th, 2015--by coming in to Wyocena Public Library.

-Patrons who fill out a short activities survey and/or write what their favorite thing about the library is will be entered in a drawing to win a gift card.

-Children (12 and under) who color a picture in the library will receive a coupon for a free scoop of custard from Portage Culver's.

-$1 of library fines forgiven for each non-perishable food item brought in to the library (will be donated to the Helping Hands Food Pantry).
