until April to stay in compliance with

the "no more than 10 people gathering" rule.

The Wyocena Public Library will be close Monday, March 16, 2020 and will remain closed at least through Sunday, April 5. We will be reevaluating the situation daily and will provide further updates if these plans should change. This decision was not made lightly, but with the increase spread of COVID-19 cases, the Wyocena Library wants to do it's part to lower the risk to patrons, staff and the community. The Wyocena Public Library is a member of the South Central Library System and the LINKcat Shared Catalog.

Wyocena is a small village with a population of 768 (2010 census), located just 30 miles north of Madison and 9 miles southeast of Portage.  Wyocena has village parks and a county park, creeks and a lake.  Easy access is gained to the interstate to larger area cities.  Several employers are in the village, but many residents commute into Madison or surrounding communities.
